G Luné / Blocked

From the moment I came across up and coming artist, G Luné, I became completely confident in the fact that I would be writing about her for a long time. In the publication spaces, it’s so easy to get caught writing about pitches that were sent your way, but it’s an amazing feeling when you get to cover artists who you’re truly passionate about. G Luné falls into that category for me, and nothing makes me happier than getting to bring her back on to the page of Early Rising for the release of her brand new song called, “Blocked”.

The best songs are those that you find yourself humming while doing the most mundane responsibilities. Whether it’s doing chores or driving down the road, songs like these are so special because of their catchiness and captivating nature. This new offering by the future star is just that and more. This 2 minute and 18 second offering is just a treat to whoever puts their ears to it. From start to finish, the spectacular production creates an ambience that exudes a fun and care free energy that the world is desperate to experience. From there, G Luné completely takes the song over with her stellar vocals. The melodies, the runs, shoot, everything about this song is just great and I’m so pumped that it’s out.

If you don’t do anything else today, make sure you give “blocked” a listen right now and tell us what you think!
