ER: What is the thing that keeps you so drawn towards music?:
Haley: So, so many things. The subjective nature of music, the way it’s truly the only universal language we have; the list goes on and on. I love the way evergreen songs still pop, right next to the new genres – music (and what is working on a commercial scale) ebbs and flows so much, and I feel really lucky have the opportunity to have a small part in the creation of the songs.

ER: What are you working on now?:
Haley: Our new pub client, a songwriter named Ella Boh who I’m super excited about helping to develop. In addition, I work across the Mega House management roster – but work most closely with Ali Tamposi, Casey Smith, and Gian Stone.

ER: What project are you most proud of working on / was most memorable?
Haley: We recently signed a new, young writer named Ella Boh in partnership with the Monsters & Strangerz (for pub). Super stoked to have brought her in and received the support from the crew to sign her as our first publishing client with the Monsters (we’ve primarily been a writer/producer management company for ten years).
Another huge moment happened last week – As Grammy noms were announced, we learned the exciting news that 8 out of our 15 Mega clients received nominations. Super proud to work with these incredible writers and producers, and get to witness & take part in their growth.
Lastly, (most memorably) having the chance to start my career at Interscope and witnessing Juice and Billie break was quite possibly the coolest experience and I was really lucky to learn so much just from watching.

ER: What are your goals for the future?
Haley: Excited to continue building out both publishing and management rosters. I want to help the best writers and producers in the world reach their full potentials 🙂
—
ER: What is your favorite part about music/working in the music industry?:
Haley: First and foremost; the incredible community we’ve built. The fact that we’re able to work with our friends is something super special. Coming up with people you love, and seeing them win is truly the best feeling.
Having the chance to be a small part of a huge industry that affects almost every person on this earth is incredibly rare and super rewarding.
—
ER: What is the lasting impression that you want to leave?:
Haley: I want to be known as an advocate for writers and producers, and a champion for diversity in music and specifically, publishing. A huge goal is to find a way to help songwriters get paid what they deserve. Ideally, I hope that my work ethic, loyalty, and humility will always shine through.
