California-based artist STPH SO LOW enters 2022 with his EP “TRUE STORIES AND TALL TALES”.
STPH SO LOW’s style and beat selection is very unique. Though he has influences from people like Earl Sweatshirt, Mach-Hommy, and MAVI, he still holds his own style. Further, the production on this EP is truly one-of-a-kind and the amazing beats stuck out to me on every track.
STPH’s rapping style is also different from the norm. He often speaks in a monotone voice, yet somehow there is still emotion conveyed through this. It really makes for changes from what one would typically be listening to. All in all, this album is truly fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone who needs new music to listen to.
